This fascinator has been created using royal blue and white marabou feathers, blue and white ostrich feathers and blue and white biot feathers. It has 2 white sinamay pieces and 3 white diamonte flowers to add that final bit of detail. The fascinator itself sits on a blue circular milinary base with comb attachment.
