All our orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery and will be packaged in the best possible way for you to receive a satisfactory purchase. Please understand some items (bouquets, arrangements, etc) are custom made, so allow 7 to 21 days from purchase to dispatch of these products. If you require these products earlier please send us an email to see if we can accomodate this before purchasing. As most of our fascinators, cushions, and candles are made to order we will dispatch within 5 working days after received cleared payment.
We aim to post all orders as quick as possible but if your order is urgent please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Delivery charges on this site relate to UK destinations only. We can ship to destinations outside of the UK but please contact us first for shipping prices (annabelledesigns@hotmail.co.uk) before purchasing so that mistakes on your part can be avoided.
Payment
You can make a secure payment by credit/debit card via PayPal at the Checkout stage. We charge your card upon the placement of your order. We do accept cheques but please allow an extra 5 to 7 working days on top of order processing time to allow for cheques to clear. If you wish to pay in this way please contact us for cheque/postage details.
Return Policy
Faulty or damaged goods
We do hope your goods arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition but we do know that this is not always the case. If by some misfortune the goods have been broken through transit please do not return your goods straight away. Your first step is to contact uswithin 24 hours with photographic proof of this and then we can advise you what to do next.
Returns for other reasons
If your goods arrive in perfect condition but you still have a query about your product please contact us within 24 hours about your concerns and we will hope to rectify this.
If at this point you want to return goods that are not damaged or faulty they must be returned back to us within 7 days in an unused condition and in the original packaging it was sent. In this case you are responsible for all postal costs and we will refund the value of the item only.
Please note that this returns policy does not relate to our personalised items or goods that have been custom made especially for you. These items are not eligible for a refund.
